Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at National Carwash Solutions. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
  • Complete work orders, expense reports, and daily and weekly time logs to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory of parts on service vehicles and in warehouses, reporting inventory levels as required.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical/trade school, plus a minimum of one year of industry-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations within the past five years, and no more than two preventable, at-fault accidents within the past five years.
  • Knowledge of industrial mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics, as well as electrical experience, including three-phase systems.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret equipment, operating, and maintenance manuals and instructions.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Intermediate computer skills and email communication.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
