Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record. You will be responsible for driving a parcel, cube van, or box truck up to 26,001 pounds, following safety procedures, and keeping accurate records of your deliveries. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks as needed, providing quality customer service, and collecting cash on deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive a parcel, cube van, or box truck up to 26,001 pounds
  • Follow and safety procedures per training manual
  • Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Load and unload trucks as needed
  • Provide quality customer service during every interaction
  • Collect and handle cash on deliveries
Requirements:
  • 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Ability to follow safe operating procedures
  • 1 year's work experience; driving experience preferable
  • Ability to be trained and use forklifts and high reach lifts as needed
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines and requirements during the hiring process
