Clinical Research Associate

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring activities at clinical study sites to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), SOPs, and study protocols. You will review regulatory documents, prepare site visit reports, and work independently and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor clinical study sites to ensure adherence to GCPs, SOPs, and study protocols
- Review regulatory documents and prepare site visit reports
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Participate in study development, start-up, and close-out processes
- Continuously train to maintain awareness of developments in clinical research
Requirements:
- BS/BA or RN degree
- On-site monitoring experience
- Customer service orientation
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology, clinical monitoring process, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines
- Ability to perform travel for site visits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
