Key Responsibilities- Assist nurses with direct and indirect patient care activities, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.
- Prepare patient rooms for occupancy after discharge, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures based on medical instructions, as directed by nursing staff.
- Collect test specimens and perform laboratory analysis, as directed by nursing staff.
- Provide physical support for patients with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Nurse Assistant Certification Program or equivalent.
- CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Minimum of six months recent experience as a Nurse Assistant in an acute care setting, preferred.
- Completion of a phlebotomy course or equivalent experience, preferred.
