Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operation, bringing packages great and small to our customers. They're a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR TEAM

Our Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the ones who drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages to homes and businesses in their community and beyond. They're a team of professionals who take pride in their work and strive to provide excellent customer service.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid driver's license (no CDL required), and pass the DOT physical. You'll also need excellent customer service and driving skills, as well as the legal right to work in the U.S.

Casual Package Delivery Drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Permanent, full-time small package delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
