Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated professionals for the role of Case Manager/Reading Specialist. This position is essential in providing specialized educational support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
2. Implement and monitor reading intervention strategies tailored to each student's requirements.
3. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.
4. Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Valid NH Teacher Certification in General Special Education.
2. Certification in the Wilson Reading System or Orton-Gillingham methodology is required or the willingness to obtain certification.
3. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
4. Successful completion of a State and Federal Criminal Background check.
