• Manage CLIENT's Corporate Quality Program of policies, standards, and best practices.

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Lead the Quality Audit program and ensure that all quality-related activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures.

• Manage the CLIENT Quality Execution Program and ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with quality standards.

• Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and standards.

• Collaborate with project teams and procurement professionals to develop and implement quality-related activities.

• Provide technical and industry expertise with respect to quality assurance programs.

• Develop and implement business plans to secure internal and external financing within established risk financial parameters.

• Provide leadership, career coaching, and development to the department.

• Present monthly financial information to leadership, including expense forecasts.

• Conduct performance evaluations for selected departments/direct reports.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to the department.

• Support diversity initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, business, construction, procurement, or related degree from an accredited program and 7 years relevant consulting experience.

• Master's Degree MBA Preferred.

• Expert experience in investigating, evaluating, selecting, and driving the development of products for an organization.

• Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience having led and completed projects from business proposal through post-production support.

• Demonstrated success as to budget, savings, and/or profit margins in completed projects.

• Ability to filter and distill relevant information and convey business and technical concepts to a diverse client base and internal technical teams.

• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage.

• Excellent planning and analytical skills.

• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools including the use of Microsoft Project or equivalent.
