Courtyard Lynchburg is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services professional to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, handle guest requests and complaints, and maintain accurate records and reports.
