We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our orthopedic practice, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations on patients as prescribed by orthopedic physicians.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, adhering to radiation safety measures and protocols.
  • Position patients correctly and effectively to obtain the necessary images for diagnosis.
  • Operate and maintain X-ray equipment in accordance with regulatory guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
  • Develop X-ray films or use digital imaging systems to capture diagnostic images.
  • Assist orthopedic physicians in assessing and interpreting X-ray images.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including X-ray films, reports, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and accurate diagnostic outcomes.
  • Provide patient education regarding X-ray procedures and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of imaging and patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (RT).
  • Experience in orthopedic imaging is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and knowledge of radiographic techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
