Job Summary

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on wound management and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, identifying areas of need and developing targeted treatment plans
  • Implement effective interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve function
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between treatments
  • Monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois or Wisconsin
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
