Engineering Development Program

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our 2-year Engineering Development Program and become a key player in shaping the future of fiber cement manufacturing.
As a member of our program, you will receive hands-on training at one of our 11 US manufacturing plants, working alongside experienced engineers and mentors. You will gain a deep understanding of the fiber cement manufacturing process, from production to quality control.
Throughout the program, you will work on strategic projects that have a direct impact on the success of our manufacturing plants. You will also attend quarterly training weeks with your fellow program peers, mentors, and key program leaders at our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be assigned to a specific role across one of our 11 manufacturing plants or at our corporate office in Chicago, IL.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Paper Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
Ability to relocate to one of our 11 US manufacturing plants
Authorized to work in the US
Demonstrated work ethic through past co-op or internship experience (preferred)
