Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.

- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure seamless medication management and communication.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Contribute to the overall engagement and satisfaction of residents and their families by providing exceptional care and service.
- Participate in regular training and education programs to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in medication administration.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications in medication administration and management preferred.
- Previous experience working with seniors and in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
