**TM Receiver**

The TM Receiver is a critical role at Tractor Supply Company, responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient receipt and shipment of merchandise. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Inventory Management: Process inbound and outbound freight, maintain accurate inventory control, and adhere to loss prevention standards
  
• Receiving and Shipping: Receive and ship merchandise in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and stored
  
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
  
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations
  

• 
  
• Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required
  
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Skills: Basic computer skills, basic math skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  

The working environment is favorable, generally working inside with moderate noise. Work shifts vary from one store to another, but generally are no less than 4 hours and may exceed 8 hours.

This position is non-sedentary. Team members must have the physical and mental stamina and ability to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
