Dishwashing Specialist

About the Role

Compass Group, North America is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at the University of Arkansas. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
