We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Interprint, Inc. in Pittsfield, MA. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying items, operating a forklift, and delivering materials to printing presses.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and verify items by unloading vehicles with a forklift, accepting deliveries, and inspecting condition of items.
- Compare count/measure of items to purchase order and packing list, noting discrepancies, and recording identifying information.
- Deliver materials to printing presses and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Understanding of warehouse operating systems and basic computer skills.
- Experience operating a forklift and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $21.50 (includes shift differential).
- Night Shift, 11:00pm – 7:00am Monday - Friday; 2nd Shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm Monday - Friday.
