Childcare Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team at Maxx Fitness Clubs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional childcare services to our members while they enjoy their fitness experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to connect with children of all ages.

Responsibilities:
  • Care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
  • Plan and implement fun and engaging activities for kids
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
Requirements:
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff
  • Excellent customer service skills
Work Environment:

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our members.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
