About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Senior Care Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to seniors in our care.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with our treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents.
- Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions to address the unique needs and concerns of our geriatric population.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote emotional well-being and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using our electronic medical/health system.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and licensure requirements.
- Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Experience working with geriatric populations and treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.
