Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC is currently in search of an experienced Athletic Training Specialist.

The Athletic Training Specialist will play a vital role in the coordination and provision of top-notch sports medicine services for student-athletes.

This position requires the ability to execute various responsibilities with minimal supervision in a clinical environment.

Supervision Structure:
Direct oversight will be provided by the Head Athletic Trainer and the Program Supervisor of Emory Sports Medicine Outreach. The Specialist will report to the Manager of Community Outreach.

The Specialist will assist in managing all facets of injury and illness prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and health education for student-athletes engaged in the athletics program.

This role includes a primary sport assignment while also supporting all sports through a collaborative team approach. Availability for some evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel may be required.

Responsibilities include the organization of rehabilitation and injury prevention initiatives.
Collaboration with strength and conditioning personnel is essential.
Oversight of all necessary medical referrals will be part of the role.
The Specialist will work closely with team physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Coverage of the Athletic Training Room is expected, ensuring availability during scheduled hours for walk-in athletes.

Additional duties and administrative tasks will be assigned as needed, aligning with standard athletic training services.

Support and promote the strategic objectives of the School Athletics and the vision of Sports Medicine Outreach.
Basic First Aid knowledge is advantageous.

The ability to work effectively and independently with students, staff, faculty, alumni, and community members is crucial.
Strong communication, writing, administrative, and organizational skills are required.
A minimum of two years of experience in athletic training is preferred.
