Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Assess and analyze patient data, identifying potential nursing diagnoses and developing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing patient needs and providing exceptional care.
