About Our Department:
Become a part of our team at 9 West, a specialized 24-bed unit featuring state-of-the-art facilities. This unit addresses a wide array of medical conditions, including CHF, Stroke, A-Fib RVR, COPD, and more. Our devoted staff, which includes a Heart Failure Nurse Navigator and Clinical Coordinator, has consistently received accolades for surpassing patient expectations.
Incentives and Qualifications:
- Newly graduated RNs who join our team are eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a Loan Repayment program of up to $15,000 for educational loans.
- A comprehensive understanding of nursing processes and practices is essential.
- Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred; a Diploma/Associate's Degree is required.
- Licensure: An Ohio RN license is not required initially but will be necessary upon job offer acceptance. Current BLS Certification is mandatory.
- Preferred Qualifications include previous experience in an Acute Care environment.
