We are seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to oversee the delivery of healthcare services in a correctional setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor nursing service and maintain accurate records to identify potential problems and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of the unit, and maintain appropriate levels of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Current CPR Certification.
