We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in property management. You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience managing co-ops and condos in New York, with knowledge of budgeting, staff management, and building maintenance.
Absolutes requirements include:
- Undergraduate degree
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Calm under pressure and ability to manage multiple demands from clients
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 based on industry standards and location.
