About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care to a young adult patient in a school setting in Pataskala, OH. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on a student's life.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
