Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and create comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, including exercises, manual therapies, and education on healthy habits and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress.
Requirements:
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A valid Physical Therapist License in California.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with neurological and vestibular populations.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and practice management systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Level II).
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. The successful candidate must be able to pass a bilingual test within 12 months of hire or be active in the QBS program.
