Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and efficiently, either in person or over the phone
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as required, including stock management and inventory control

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Possess basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The role will also involve standing for long periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and working at heights.
