About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Family Therapist to join our team at Every Child, Inc. as a Family Based Mental Health Clinician with a focus on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). As a member of our care team, you will provide therapeutic, case management, psychoeducation, and support services to families experiencing varying behavioral health and other needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments, counseling, crisis management, and psychoeducation with a systems perspective.
  • Collaborate with a care team to support the whole family.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  • Provide education and support to families on managing OCD and other behavioral health issues.
  • Work closely with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with OCD.
  • Experience working with trauma issues and excellent organizational/administrative skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.

  • $53,000 - $57,000 annually based on years of experience.
  • Overtime and bonus eligible.
  • All travel and administrative time paid at billable rate - including mileage, expenses, and paperwork.
