At Trusted Resource Associates (TRA), we are seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while leading and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients on a per-shift basis
  • Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience
  • 1+ year of recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting
  • Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
  • Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
  • CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $95,000 - $115,000 based on industry standards and location.
