Destination Wedding Specialist

Foxhall Resort is seeking a seasoned Senior Wedding Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Douglasville, GA.

In this critical role, you will coordinate pre-planning and day-of services for weddings and special events, develop strategic sales plans to attract destination weddings, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

• Sales Strategy Development: Create innovative sales strategies to secure destination weddings at Foxhall Resort.
• Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners.
• Negotiation and Presentation: Present compelling site visits and engage presentations to potential clients, and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue generation.
• Event Execution: Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure flawless execution of weddings and special events.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Experience: Minimum of several years of sales experience specifically focused on destination weddings within premier event venues or luxury resorts.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Performance: Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Location: Must reside within a 30-minute commute of Foxhall Resort as no relocation is provided.
• Time Management: Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
