Qualifications
Candidates must possess a current state RN license and have either a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing institution.
Department Overview
The RN will plan, coordinate, and execute patient care tailored to the specific age demographics of the patient population on the 3 North-Surgical & Pediatrics floor. Ensuring that quality care is delivered efficiently and safely, the RN will align with departmental care standards. This role requires flexibility in adapting to evolving systems, demonstrating quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, while treating all staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration.
