Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Key Holder to help run our Pier Village location. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for assisting in store operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to motivate the team and achieve sales goals.
  • Open and close the store independently, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage in-store beading appointments and facilitate in-store parties and events.
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates, providing guidance on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand values.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required.
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
