Field Support Engineer

A prominent organization in the critical power sector is on the lookout for skilled Field Support Engineers. In this role, you will take charge of the installation, testing, and upkeep of essential power systems at client locations.

This position offers a competitive salary between $70,000 and $100,000, along with overtime compensation and a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute installation, maintenance, and urgent support for power electronic systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions
  • Participate in training programs to broaden expertise on various original equipment manufacturer (OEM) units
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in the critical power field
  • Expertise in diagnosing issues with UPS systems, batteries, power distribution units (PDUs), and related equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and offer proactive solutions to clients
Educational Background:
  • Technical degree from a two-year accredited institution in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
