Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of foundation structures, which involve documenting damage and structural characteristics, creating diagrams, assessing terrain features, reviewing essential documentation, and offering design recommendations for necessary repairs.
- Verify the quality of completed work during post-construction inspections and ensure that repairs meet local construction regulations.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, validate repair plans, and respond to property owner inquiries in a professional manner.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Technical expertise in foundation structures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
