Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our Infectious Disease team at WVU Medicine. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to patients with infectious diseases
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience working in an infectious disease setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
