Position Overview:
The Licensed Nurse Aide plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and residents. Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses, you will assist with essential daily activities and ensure the comfort and well-being of those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
- Monitor and report any changes in the condition of patients and residents, as well as any concerns raised by them or their families, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
- Engage in the care planning process to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have successfully completed a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
