About the Role:

In this position, you'll be responsible for observing self-checkout lanes, assisting customers, and monitoring regular lanes for high traffic. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally. You'll also engage with customers, directing them to utilize self-checkout lanes and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction ratings: 90% or higher.
  • Self-checkout lane efficiency: 95% or higher.
  • Regular lane traffic management: effective diversion of customers to self-checkout lanes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is $28,000 - $38,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Our competitive compensation package reflects your skills and qualifications.
