Position Overview
As an Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant, you'll work closely with our team of clinicians to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that's guided by our commitment to the Quadruple Aim: improving the patient experience, reducing costs, and enhancing the work life of our clinicians.
Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support to our orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement care
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
• Unrestricted California State Medical License
• Current California DEA certificate
• 2+ years of experience in an Orthopedic Surgery role (new graduates will be considered)

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $114,784 to $154,951 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
