We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at PrideStaff, where you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality parts and components for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and Operate CNC Machines: Utilize engineers' program data to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, ensuring accurate and efficient production of parts and components, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain CNC machines, including installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and other equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Verify settings and measurements to ensure that parts and components meet specifications and international standards, utilizing precision instruments and techniques.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and production processes, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of mechanical principles to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall performance and efficiency.
  • Operational Support: Assist with the operation of forklifts to move materials and components around the production area, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or training in CNC machining or a related field preferred, with a strong emphasis on mechanical principles and quality control procedures.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field required, with a proven track record of producing high-quality parts and components.
  • Skill and Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical principles, CNC programming, and quality control procedures, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
