About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Global Channel Management.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Access.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Performing data analysis and creating reports to support business decisions
  • Coordinating with multiple teams to consolidate data for forecasting and planning purposes
  • Extracting data and creating reports for better review and understanding of said data

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the general ledger
  • Preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports
  • Accounts payable and receivable functions

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Understanding of MS Access
  • Previous experience or knowledge in data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of Financial Reports
  • Ability to create reconciliation reports, review monthly entries for accuracy and prepare monthly accruals
  • Coordination and team communication skills
