Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison Associate Director to join our team at BioCT Innovation Commons. This is a field-based role that requires strong scientific expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scientific exchange with prioritized Scientific Experts (SCEs) to support Therapeutic Area (TA) Scientific Objectives.
  • Establish and maintain scientific relationships with SCEs, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide disease state education on topics related to TA Scientific Objectives.
  • Act as a scientific resource to Scientific Experts at payer accounts and integrated delivery networks.
  • Develop and implement a tactical customer-centric medical engagement plan for their geography.
  • Support the identification and development of scientific materials required to effectively conduct scientific exchange.
  • Collaborate with the field-based medicine team, Commercial personnel, and the broader organization to provide scientific support and communicate scientific insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, plus one of the following: advanced science/clinical degree (PharmD, M.D., DO, Ph.D.) with 1+ years' relevant experience, or Masters in health sciences with 3+ years' of clinical or therapeutic area experience, or BSc. with MBA or BSN with MBA and 5+ years' of clinical or therapeutic area experience, or PA with 3+ years' of clinical or therapeutic area experience, or Other medical licensure (Rph, RRT) with 7+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years' MSL experience - preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interpret scientific data, knowledge of regional healthcare systems, and ability to proficiently work with and use electronic communication tools.
Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
