We're seeking a seasoned Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our First Time Use (FTU) organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the technical vision and execution of our platform, leveraging your expertise in full-stack development and front-end technologies.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and operating large web applications with microservice architecture and streaming. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, accelerate customer and business outcomes, and deliver high-quality product experiences.

As a hybrid workplace, we offer the flexibility to collaborate in person with team members in our New York City office two or more days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical vision for FTU, driving the development of reusable components and platform capabilities.
  • Execute the FTU vision, leveraging insights from customer behavior and research to inform product and technology optimization.
  • Drive velocity in the organization by accelerating customer, business, and technology outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences, ensuring utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics.
  • Define and execute remediation steps to maintain high team velocity and deliverables value to customers.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong track record of building and operating large web applications.
  • Experience with full-stack development, front-end technologies, and data technologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
