We are seeking an experienced ER Physician to join our team at Concord Medical Group in Kenedy, TX. As a key member of our emergency medicine team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 emergency coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Manage Level IV Trauma cases, working closely with our trauma team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of patients, including 9,000 annual ED visits
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including nurses, technicians, and other physicians to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
