Responsibilities:
As a Pest Control Technician at HomeTeam, you can anticipate:

Delivering outstanding customer service to homeowners daily as you manage your route.

Maintaining a professional and neat appearance, including your company vehicle, tools, and uniform.

Engaging with homeowners to discuss and assess pest issues, offering additional services or products as necessary.

Acquiring your pest control Registered Technician credentials.

Enhancing your expertise by participating in company-sponsored pest and termite control training sessions regularly.

Submitting clear and accurate service reports to the office staff.

Completing home diagrams (termites) and providing them to the office team.

Keeping customers informed about the services rendered.

Staying motivated and focused while working independently.


Pest Control Technicians perform chemical pretreatments on lots before foundation pours and final grade treatments on newly constructed homes that are yet to be occupied.

They often work on construction sites and must adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary – training will be provided.

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Ability to obtain pest control or termite technician licensing (company-sponsored).

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit.

- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
