The Core Laboratory encompasses various testing domains including Chemistry, Toxicology, Blood Gas Analysis, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Automated Hematology, Manual Hematology, as well as Smear Review and Body Fluid Analysis, alongside Specimen Processing.
We are currently seeking a Senior Technologist for our evening shift.
Standard Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with 1 in 4 weekends and rotating holidays.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring efficient laboratory operations
- Addressing issues and complaints
- Prioritizing assignments for staff based on coverage requirements
- Meeting all laboratory quality standards
- Documenting and communicating any problems that arise during the shift
- Serving as a role model and advocate for adherence to policies and procedures
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a medical laboratory technologist, medical laboratory technician, cytotechnologist, or histotechnologist capacity.
