Job Title: Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to work in a dynamic operating room environment.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Surgical Technologist position that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. As an Operating Room Tech, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons and nurses during surgical operations, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the smooth execution of procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical operations
  • Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper equipment setup
  • Prepare patients for surgery and transport them to and from the operating room
  • Assist with surgical tools and equipment during procedures
  • Clean and disinfect the operating room after surgery
Requirements:
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
  • Trauma Experience preferred
