Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Ohio. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on student IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Document and monitor all data
  • Facilitate IEP processes
  • Support and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
  • Provide consultation services with parents and staff members

Requirements:

  • Valid OH Speech Language Pathologist-CCC or CFY license
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs
