Progressive Cardiac Care RN

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Cardiac Care Unit at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with complex cardiac conditions, including congestive heart failure, pacemaker/defibrillator placement, STEMI, and post-catheterization care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, including medication management, wound care, and pain management.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
