About the Role:
The Senior Solutions Engineer is essential in implementing Clearwave's scheduling technology for our clientele. This role demands a seasoned software engineer with the technical expertise to guide teams in crafting maintainable and test-driven code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee extensive client implementations from transaction stages to the transition into Support.
- Engage with clients to understand their existing registration and eligibility verification workflows.
- Align the client's current operational processes with the Clearwave solution.
- Identify, develop, and document business requirements to ensure client expectations are met and fulfilled.
- Foster strong client relationships and take ownership of client satisfaction.
- Maintain project documentation and deliverables that can be replicated and utilized as intellectual assets.
- Guide and train new team members.
- Lead new team initiatives and promote process enhancements.
- Support internal company projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, XML, HTML, and JSON.
- Proficient knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Client-focused approach to problem-solving and providing hands-on assistance.
- Ability to analyze, design, and construct intricate processes.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Exhibit resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.
- Experience with large clients and executing complex installations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
