Investigative Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigative Assistant to join our team at ProMinds Inc. As a key member of our nationwide law enforcement initiative, you will play a critical role in removing the tools of crime from criminal organizations and impacting the infrastructure of criminal enterprises.

• Collect, organize, and analyze information from various sources to support the DEA's Asset Forfeiture Program.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of received information, reconciling any inconsistencies.
• Enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain physical files and track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
• Coordinate requests for additional information as needed and select relevant data to prepare documents, reports, and summaries.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates and perform occasional driver and messenger activities, including delivering messages, documents, and packages.
• Log received and delivered items and perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to understand the organization and functions of the customer.
• Meticulous data entry skills and excellent communication skills.
• Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
• Attention to detail and ability to read and follow directions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and other common software applications.
• Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service and ability to work in a team environment.
