Investigative Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigative Assistant to join our team at ProMinds Inc. As a key member of our nationwide law enforcement initiative, you will play a critical role in removing the tools of crime from criminal organizations and impacting the infrastructure of criminal enterprises.
Responsibilities- Collect, organize, and analyze information from various sources to support the DEA's Asset Forfeiture Program.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of received information, reconciling any inconsistencies.
- Enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain physical files and track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
- Coordinate requests for additional information as needed and select relevant data to prepare documents, reports, and summaries.
- Provide timely and accurate status updates and perform occasional driver and messenger activities, including delivering messages, documents, and packages.
- Log received and delivered items and perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED; undergraduate degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to understand the organization and functions of the customer.
- Meticulous data entry skills and excellent communication skills.
- Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
- Attention to detail and ability to read and follow directions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and other common software applications.
- Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service and ability to work in a team environment.
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is responsible for conducting national and international investigations targeting global drug trafficking networks and drug-related terrorism.
