As a prominent establishment in the Pacific Northwest, Anthony's Beach Cafe prides itself on its dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, making it a preferred destination for fresh seafood and delightful dining experiences.

Bartender Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and close the bar area efficiently.
  • Receive drink orders from patrons or staff and craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
  • Mix cocktail ingredients and serve a variety of wines and beers.
  • Take food orders from customers seated at the bar.
  • Process orders through the POS system, handle payments, and provide change as necessary.
  • Clean glassware and prepare garnishes for drinks.
  • Adhere to strict guidelines to prevent over-serving and ensure compliance with age restrictions.

Job Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior experience in a fast-paced bar environment is preferred. Familiarity with standard drink recipes is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a high-energy setting.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and frequently lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
