Job Description

As a Design Release Engineer at SEGULA Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of steering systems. Our team is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering designs for steering systems, ensuring high-quality and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and maintenance of chassis structures components.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Work individually or with a small team to secure deliverables and ensure safe and efficient use of company resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university (or ABET equivalent).
  • 2+ years of engineering development and production release experience in steering systems or 3-5 years of engineering development experience in suspension systems or overall Chassis (components or systems).
  • 5 years of steering specific experience is preferred.
  • Experience with component and system design, development, and validation, including system level bench testing and vehicle level testing for steering systems.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
